We do not accept returns or exchanges on food, infused, or consumable items for safety and quality reasons.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if appropriate.

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
